15-129 was too wide for my windows

Hi, I just received my balance bar S770-27 and I ordered the 15-129 pivot shoe which is too wide for my windows. I'm wondering what one I should be ordering instead. My old pivot shoe is measuring 1"wide 1/2" thick and 2" tall. Please help!

Your shoe was discontinued some years ago, unfortunately; looks like it was around 2016. I don't think a direct replacement was ever made, but you may be able to use our 15-179 in the same capacity. Look over our photos and dimensions for this part and let me know if you agree.
