Block and tackle pulley system

I have several 23 year old windows (same brand) with lift failure, unknown brand. The top pulley is broken, as is the metal channel (5/8 inch wide) is stripped at the top. Springs are OK. Window Balance and Shoe

I need to replace the window balances and shoe for my tilting window. The current balance is 26 inches long What are the recommend part numbers for replacing both balance and shoe?

Pivot lock shoe

23 year old vinyl windows with spiral balances. Balances have popped of these shoes (no idea how they stayed on as long as they did looking at the design of these) I'm not finding anything that looks similar to these. These measure at 1-1/4" wide, 9/16" thick, 1-11/16" tall.
