Making cut out for 15-129

Any tips on how to get a new #15-129 pivot shoe into the channel which currently has no cut-out? I have made my own cutouts before, but they tend to look sloppy Pete

Difference between pivots shoes 15-152 and 15-129

Hi, In spite of knowing that I needed the 15-129 tilt window pivot shoe, I somehow ended up ordering the 15-152. However, after going over both of them with a caliper, it seems that the only material difference between the two is that the 129 has a metal brake while the 152 has a plastic one. Can yo ... One side channel balance is broken

Window Replacement Parts

Hello, I am looking for two replacement top sash guides for my channel balances that are 32D. There was a single screw at the top to attach the channel balance. If you need more pictures please let me know. Thank you and I hope you can help.

Old original window balances, that have never been changed needs replacing now. Not sure what replacement i should buy but the label on the side says 28C OP BSI.

2600 BSI

Marking is 2600 BSI (maybe BS1 or BSL) for the bottom sash and 2200 BSI for the the upper sash. Looks like the balance shoe is damaged on some of my windows also. These are tilt, vinal windows. Have 8 windows need to replace all 32 balances (8 left lower, 8 left upper, 8 right lower, 8 right up ... (cont.)

Balances for tilt in double hung windows

Windows are "Mastic" around 1999 vintage, channel balance 29" long not including attachment hdw-was difficult to remove from slot. It looks like I will have to cut attachment piece to remove. This is lower sash. It weighs 16.2 lb
