Pivot lock shoe

Question

23 year old vinyl windows with spiral balances. Balances have popped of these shoes (no idea how they stayed on as long as they did looking at the design of these) I'm not finding anything that looks similar to these. These measure at 1-1/4" wide, 9/16" thick, 1-11/16" tall.

We believe your window uses a tilt spiral balance with this discontinued pivot shoe. If that’s the case, you can use the 15-129, which measures 9/16" thick, 1-1/4" wide, and 2-1/16" tall. Although it is slightly taller, this should not affect the window's performance, and it will accommodate the pivot bar. Review the specifications and see what you think.
