Based on the clip shown, I recommend the Series 770. You will have to measure the metal channel to confirm the length and there should be a stamp printed on the metal channel that will indicate the stamp option you'll need to select for the new balances.

Note that our Series 770 is meant to be installed with a screw. If your balance installs differently, please let us know.

If you need the shoe, you can start by taking a look at the 15-129. Once the old shoe is removed, review the specifications and compare them with yours to confirm a good fit.
