I am looking for a pivot shoe that I cannot find on your website. I'm wondering if the 15-045 shoe might work instead of the one that I have taken a photo of. Please let me know if you have this pivot shoe or think that the 15-045 shoe will work.

Hello, I need a replacement for this balance, thank you.

The piece I need is 1 3/4 inch long and the face is 3/4 inch and sits in a track that is approximately 1 1/4 inches. Or another piece that might work for these double hung windows.

looking to get these balances replaced im having a hard time finding these or can i replace with other balances?

The length is 29 inches without the plastic end the top is held by one screw. It came off of an Alenco window. 1997

Need a replacement for Unique 27-B-20 window balance. the original spring broke it looked like this

I am trying to find a replacement part for a window channel balance. The markings on the part are B.S.I 22H I assume this is a 22" long with and H load rating? it seems to be ~9/16 wide by ~1/2" deep, It has a tab on a string that attaches into the block that mouns to the bottome of the window. ... I have attached photos of an intact balancer with stamping C 3330 on it. It is 33 inches in length, 1/2 inch in depth, and 1/2 inch wide. It is U shaped. It only had a screw at top attaching it to the frame. No spacer was attached. Window has date of Jan 1995. THANKS.

I need to the find the part I circled in red. It looks like a "retainer clip". it's for double hung aluminum window (probably traco) The piece I'm looking for that looks like an arrow is the male piece that fits into the pivot shoe I have good pictures of. Can you help me identify this shoe or a suitable substitute... I believe that some type of metal bracket is required on the top in order to hold the end of the spiral balance.
