Spring Balance Replacement

Question

I have a broken sping balance for a large double hung window.
Brand of window is EcoVue. It is a vinyl replacement window installed in 2009.
The spring valance is 24" long, 5/8 "wide & 5/8 "deep.

Thanks for writing in! I'm certain we can supply you with the replacement balances you'll need but they will need to be custom assemblies. I'm happy to provide you with the order link but there are a few details I'll need to confirm.

To start, you balance slightly differs from ours so I'll need to know the exact sash weight to be sure the stamp from our balances are the correct weight range for your window. I'll also need to know the number of balances you intend to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances for custom assemblies.

The shoe in the window appears to be the 15-129 Pivot Shoe. I am confident it should be the correct replacement but be sure to review and compare the dimensions.
