Need window replacement parts

Handy Person from Albuquerque, NM
For our tilt out window we would like to replace:
1) The spiral balances (2).  The aluminum housing of the spiral balances is 25 inches long and is secured with a screw at the top.2) Also, need to replace the parts into which the bottom of the spiral balance attaches.   Note the left one has a metal piece which broke at the top of it.
The bottom tilt out window pande is 43 1/2 inches wide and 28 inches high.  Could not find the brand of the window.  It is a douple pane.  The panes have letters "MSG" etched in the corner.

Thanks for your post! Your spiral balance is either the 5/8" S600-25 or 3/8" S900-25 tilt spiral balance. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the diameter of the spiral tube. Be sure to double check the length of the tube.

If the tip color on the balance does not match the available options or it is missing, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the window sash. There is a chart below the product description of the balance that lists the weight ranges each option can support.

Your shoe can likely be replaced with the 15-129 Pivot Shoe. Remove the shoe from the window and compare the dimensions below to confirm that it is the correct fit.
