Hello, thank you for posting,
Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 15-129 pivot shoe. I'm afraid we don't sell that plastic arrow, which is known as a "tamper lock." It's meant to keep the pivot bar from popping out, but actually isn't necessary for most windows. Is your window exceptionally large? If not, it should be fine without it.
If it is removeable, you may also be able to reuse in the new lock. Take a look and let us know what you think!
