I'm trying to find the correct tilt sash balancer that would connect to the correct tilt sash keeper.

Thanks for writing in! The balance you are searching for is the S770-34 Channel Balance with a 34D stamp.

I believe you'll need the 15-129 Pivot Shoe to replace the one in the window track. You'll need to remove it and compare the dimensions to determine if this is the correct replacement.
