Balance for vinyl window

Thanks for posting. You are showing a pivot shoe, possibly the 15-129, which works with Series 770 Channel Balances. However there is no way of my further narrowing down what balance you need without seeing it removed from the window, seeing the attachments at either ends, and the stamp on the metal channel. If uncertain, remove the balance from the window and show us that information, and we'll do our best to help.
