Window balance replacement -- complete assemblies with shoes

Hello,
I need help identifying replacement balances for the double-hung windows shown in the attached photos. The plastic pulley blocks on the existing balances have cracked and broken.
I understand that these balances may have been discontinued. Could you please identify them from the photos and recommend compatible replacements?
I would like to order complete replacement assemblies, including the balance shoes and any necessary mounting hardware. Please also let me know whether the existing sash pivot bars are compatible or need to be replaced.
What measurements and additional photos do you need to determine the correct model, length, and sash weight rating? Please specify how to measure the existing balance and which shoe dimensions you need.

Hey there. This outmoded rod balance can be replaced with the Series 770 Channel Balance. Measure the length of the rod to determine the length needed. To know what stamp option to pick, weigh the window sash these rod balances support. You can use that exact weight to choose the right stamp option.
