Hey there. The pivot shoe looks like the 15-129. A pivot bar type we often see with this shoe is the 26-310. Please compare and see if this matches what you have.

Oh wow, that is different. I apologize for missing that detail. I thought yours installed using a vertical post, but I see now that it's a horizontal mount.

This design is admittedly a little different from most parts we carry. It looks like our 26-357 at first glance, but the tip is different. It won't fit in your pivot shoe the same way.

I do wonder if you could use something like our 26-021 instead. This doesn't have a vertical post like yours, but it may still work as long as the horizontal screws line up. That's the major concern right now. I'm also worried that it won't extend far enough to reach the shoe.

For now, look over the dimensions of the 26-021 to see how well the hole placement compares. Let me know if it's an option you'd be interested in pursuing.
