15-177 shoe

Question

I have Alside windows from 2003 which several of the shoes have broken. They appear to be the 15-177 you offer, but please confirm. The coils seem to be fine, so is there a reason I should replace these too.

Also, my windows are generally hard to open and "sticking" as you lift them. I used silicone spray to lubricate the tracks, which seemed to make it worse. Any advice on this?

Your pivot shoe indeed looks like a match for our 15-177 but just be sure to compare our dimensions to yours to confirm everything matches up. If your coil springs are undamaged and in good shape, you can reuse them. As for the difficulty when opening your windows, often times the coil balance assembly is the culprit. Replace your hardware and see if that helps.
