15-192 (plastic piece only) - Replace my old Simonton pivot shoe

Question

Looks like the 15-192 replacement pivot shoe part will address my Simonton window issue once the aligner "bumps" on the front face are removed. Aside from the broken plastic shoe, my existing hardware can be reused.
Question: Do you sell the plastic componet separately?

Thanks for posting. No, I am afraid the 15-192 is not sold without the metal cam--if for some reason you wanted to reuse your old one you could swap them, though I'm not sure if that would be necessary. Note that some have reported even rubbing down the alignment nubs on the 15-192 does not make it compatible with Simonton windows; we have had conflicting reports. For that reason we also offer the substitute solution of the 15-259 Shoe, which will fit your window; but you'll also need to replace the coil spring assembly with the Series 159 components. The video below shows how to do this. Just keep this in mind as your fallback if the 15-192 does not work.
