I could not locate any existing names/numbers/markings on the balance system aside from it being made in China. There was a sticker on the bottom window pane itself which I've attached. Thank you for your help in advance.

I have 22 year old Certainteed windows, I have 1 that's 31x57 ish. and the balance coil broke. The old one that's still good looks like a figure 8 (almost broken also) and the other one is the broken one. The plastic piece it hangs on is 1.25 x 1.5 inches.
