I think I found them 408 j 8lbs and have them in my cart. But just want to make sure all the parts are correct in my cart? I measured the first two that are in my cart and are correct measurements. Window is a Prism by Simington. Approximate 2015 installed. I need the balance

I need to replace some simonton window springs/balance assembly. I need hardware for 2 upper sashes on both side of the sash. So a total of 4 assemblies.

Need to replace these balancers but don't know who they are from. I see you have one piece shoes for bottom connection. I need to one window now maybe 9 down the road. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks David

I was washing windows and when I pushed the top pane into place, something broke and the top would not stay up. I am including a photo of the broken part I took out of the track, as well as the label and photos of the working parts in one of my non-broken windows to help find the right replacement ... (cont.)

Hello, the plastic pieces on our windows have staretd to fail so I need to replace them. Attahced a a few photos but I can provide more if that is not enough to identify the parts

I could not locate any existing names/numbers/markings on the balance system aside from it being made in China. There was a sticker on the bottom window pane itself which I've attached. Thank you for your help in advance.

The plastic pivot shoe broke. It looks like it screws on the side. Simonton window from Home Depot. I have changed other springs and shoes before.

I need to replace all 4 balance assemblies on window which includes upper sash. Weight of the window is approximately 17.5 lbs and dimension of lower sash 40" w x 18" h

Simonton ,these slides in window jam tracks holds bottom of windows to the track. Several are broken in half.

Hello, I've a window balancer I'm unable to identify the part# to re-order ( at least 4). I cannot locate the part# nor the coil stamp#. ARe you abel to help me identify? I've included a sticker information affixed to the window.
