Window coil balance

The only number on the assembly is the coil spring. Number 407.
i have eight windows with all the same assemblies and i have anout 1/2 of the coil assemblies broken.
Looking for replacement assemblies or at least the white plastic piece.

Thanks for posting. This is a Simonton Coil Balance system that unfortunately is no longer made. The 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs can replace it. The video below explains how. Let us know if you have questions.

Would the 15-192 be a replacement for my broken plastic part I have ?
my coil spring is not broken on mine.

Despite the resemblances, customers have reported the 15-192 Certainteed shoe does not fit Simonton windows properly. You might be able to get it to fit by rubbing down those alignment ridges on the face of the shoe, but we've heard very mixed things about this. If you do try the 15-192 and it doesn't work, note that modified items cannot be returned for refunds. Let us know if you have further questons!
