Simonton Window Pivot Lock and Coil

Question

Simonton windows purchased/install around 2005-2009. I need to replace the pivot lock and coil on 2 windows for each side. Could you help identify the part needed for windows from these years?

Greetings. This Simonton Coil Balance system is no longer made, but it can be replaced with the 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs. The video below shows how.
