Prism window shoe replacement

Question

I have several old prism windows that will not stay up because of a broken shoe. I need new ones for 7 windows, just the bottom one that slides up and down. Can someone please help me get them.

Hi there. This is a Simonton Coil Balance system that is no longer made--but our 15-259 Pivot Shoes and Series 159 Coil Balance springs can replace it. See the video below. Let us know if you have questions.
