please help identifying pivot lock shoe needed

I believe what we need is a tilt window pivot lock shoe, but there are many options and I can't determine which one we need. I uploaded pictures of the stickers on the window and the sash itself that will hopefully tell you which one we need. I also included a photo of the broken piece on the right side and top and bottom views of the intact piece on the left side of the window.

Hello there. This looks a Simonton coil balance system that is no longer made. Our 15-259 Pivot Shoe can replace it, but you'll also need the Series 159 Coil balance springs. See below.
