Window shoe

Question

I believe this is a window shoe, I'm needing to find a replacement that will work, I have several windows with the same shoes that have broken and now have the top window sash slamming down. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Hello there. This looks like a Simonton Coil Balance shoe that is no longer made. However the 15-259 shoe can replace it, though you will need to replace the coil springs in the window also with the Series 159. The video below explains.
