Need replacement window shoe

Hey there. I am afraid this Simonton shoe is no longer made. The Certainteed 15-192 is very similar, except it has ridges on its face that customers have reported make it incompatible with the window track. You may be able to rub those ridges down to get it to fit, but it's unclear if this works. Because of this, we devised a substitute solution: the 15-259 Pivot Shoe will fit your window. However you'll need to replace the coil springs with the Series 159. The video below shows how.
