15-192 and 26-336
Thanks for posting. The 26-336 might fit the 15-192, but you'd have to shave down the collar to get it to fit the cam. Note that you likely have a Simonton window, where the older shoe is actually different from the Certainteed 15-192, even though they look very similar. The 15-192 does not fit Simonton windows easily, and for that reason we have a substitute solution. Let me know if you need to replace the pivot shoe and I can explain further.
This old Simonton coil balance system, that uses a shoe that looks like the Certainteed 15-192, is no longer made; customers tell us the 15-192 does not work well as a replacement for this situation. Because of this, we devised a substitute. The 15-259 Pivot Shoe will fit your window (and you'll use a new pivot bar, the 26-083). However you'll also need to replace the coil springs with the Series 159. The video below explains. Let me know if you have questions.
That's a bit tricky, since the Series 159 spring weights come in X-1/2 pound increments. The best thing to do is to weigh the window sash these springs support. Give me that exact weight and I can work it out for you.
