15-194 concern

I received my order last week and the 15-194 will fit in the space but will not snap in because of the concave of the metal channel. see attachments

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a match for your T-lock shoe, unfortunately. The best we can offer is a new Series 795 channel balance and then swap the default shoe for the 15-194. Just note, the Series 795 installs with a screw. If yours happens to use a hook please let me know! We can still help but it will have to be a custom order.
