I think we can help, but we'll need a bit more information. Specifically, I'd like to see a close up of the top nylon attachments. They're the ones closest to the top of your photo here. I can't quite tell what you have. Thanks!

Thanks! I believe this is a Rollyson window. I would recommend our S371-16 channel balance with a 1540 option.

I have added picture from my living room window please advise. Do I need to order the whol thing or just the end pieces.

Does that include the take out clip? It showed that I might be interested in that as well?

If your balance spring or pulley system is broken, we would recommend replacing the whole thing. Even if it's just the end pieces, you may want to consider a whole new balance anyway; usually when the end pieces start breaking, it's a sign that the balance itself isn't far behind.

The take out clips should be the 16-002, which are sold separately. You only need them if your current ones are broken.

Did you see the S371-16 we recommended earlier? Look it over and see if that would be a good match.
