1610 channel balance for aluminum window

A home owner from Portland, OR says:
We need to replace the window channel balances and top piece for 4 sets of aluminum windows in our 1980s home. I attached photos and can provide more. The stamped code on the piece is 1610. Based on your website I think we might need 16" 385 channel balance product code S385-16 and 5/8" top sash code 18-009. Can you let me know if I'm on the right track? Thanks!

It looks like the bottom shoe of the balance lacks wings, or those 'tabs' on each side that the top nylon fitting has. If so, this is a Series 395. Check the metal channel length. if it's 17", then you need an S395-17 with a stamp option of 1610.

I agree the 18-009 looks promising for the Top Sash Guide, but carefully compare all the dimensions to confirm this.
