17" 16-A window balance

I am a bit confused. Says 16-A but channel measures 17" can you tell me the proper balance to replace this one?

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance appears to match either our S351-17 or S390-17, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown below to determine the best match. You will also need the 1610 spring strength option, based on your 16A stamp.

Thank you! This one is broken at that piece. Hopefully the other side is intact. Anyway to tell which length from the attached pic?

I'm afraid it's hard to get accurate dimensions from photos so we recommend measuring an undamaged bottom shoe just to be safe.
