Your window balance reminds me of either the S380-18 or the S385-18. Be sure to double check the length of the metal channel to ensure it is 18". To determine the correct series, you'll need measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

Our 1720 stamp should work to replace your 17-2 stamp. It will support a sash weighing between 8 to 12 lbs.
