18" Channel Balance

Question

Hi! Just wanted to make sure I get the correct product before buying these for the whole house. "17 1" and "A 1" engraved on side. Unsure of weight rating. I was overly enthusiastic when removing the window and a plastic piece broke off but not sure if from this channel balance or the other one but you can see it in 2 of the photos off to the side.

Hello there!

It appears you have our S380-18 or S385-18 channel balance. The important difference between these parts is the bottom shoe depth so you'll need to measure as shown below to determine the best match. You will also need to select the 1710 spring strength option based on your 17 1 stamp.
