18" spiral window balance

I need an additional spiral window balance for an old window.  I am not sure which part to order from you.

Hello!

This looks like a spiral balance for a tilt window. Depending on the outer tube's diameter, take a look at the 3/8" S900-18 or 5/8" S600-18. You'll also have to refer to the balance tip color to determine which option to select. See the video below for guidance on the replacement process.
