Its a cold time of year to have windows falling from their frames; searching for possible replacement hardware. Have several windows that are allowing large cold drafts.

The parts in your photos are called tilt latches. Specifically, these might be our 26-243 and 26-244, but it's best to remove an undamaged one and compare to confirm.
