I need to replace the balance shoe on an 1800 Patriot series single hung spiral balance.

We should definitely be able to help. Before I recommend anything, can you tell me how thick this shoe is? There are a few different models that match your style, the only difference being size. Knowing the thickness will let me know which one to recommend.

Thanks! In that case, I recommend the 15-046. I believe this will work for you as a replacement pivot shoe.
