Thanks for posting! Your channel balances look similar to either the S380-20 with a 1" shoe or the S385-20 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To confirm which of these is the right series for your window, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

For your 19-4 stamp, you'll need to select the 1940 stamp option, which can support a sash weighing 14 to 17lbs.
