Your balance looks like both our S380-20 and S385-20. You will need to compare the 'depth' measurement of your bottom balance shoe and compare to both parts' bottom shoe to determine which of the two would make a better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 1940 option that holds a sash weight range of 14-17 pounds.
