A contractor from Kailua, Hawaii says:

The metal channel measures 19 15/16". There are plastic wings on both ends. We would like to purchase 24 of them, or if there is a bundled amount in a box that would be economical that could be fine. My name is Michael. If you have any questions about the pictures submitted and supplying us the correct part, please contact me and I could send more pictures or speak to you on the phone as I live in Hawaii and would not want to have the wrong items shipped out to me.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-20 or S385-20 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 1950 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

We measured it and it is the 1 3/32" so we would need the S385-20". How many come in a box?

These balances are sold individually, so you will need to add the number of balances needed to your cart from the product page.
