1964 Andersen Awning Operator

Hi. I'm hoping to replace the operator kits on my 1964 Anderson windows. The arm is 15 inches. Product Code 39-389 looks right but is for a later window. Please see attached photos.

I would like to purchase only the crank/handle first, in case that's enough. Can you tell me if yours is compatible with my system please?
