This is an Andersen awning window operator kit. Includes a replacement crank operator, rod, brackets and installation screws; In the color stone. Designed for Andersen Amerock Roto-Lock awning units manufactured 1981 to 1995 with an arm length of 15".

Where crank out bar attaches to window. Round bar with clips that slide down bar plastic on clips broken and bar will not stay in placeIf you need more pictures let me know

I have crank out awning windows, all mechanisms work, but the arms no longer connect to the window by way of a bar that's attached to the window. I think from looking at your site I need something called a shoe to attach the arms to the actual window. I showed you two different windows one just has ... (cont.)
