Where crank out bar attaches to window. Round bar with clips that slide down bar plastic on clips broken and bar will not stay in placeIf you need more pictures let me know

I have crank out awning windows, all mechanisms work, but the arms no longer connect to the window by way of a bar that's attached to the window. I think from looking at your site I need something called a shoe to attach the arms to the actual window. I showed you two different windows one just has ... (cont.)

here are the pictures of my window. I hope they help. This is a very old house and I have lived here about 40 yrs and this window was here then.There are no numbers, names, or letters on the window operator. It is 25 inches long.

Crank on inside two arms attach to slide in order to open. The window opens from the bottom. Pella

Very old and very rusted ( near the ocean) cranks. Windows are in ok shape, cranks not so much.

Andersen arms are 15 inches long,holes are 3 3/4 inches apart and 2 inches apart to center

I will like to purchase the mechanisem for the window that is attached

Awning style, 1950s home. 15" arm. If I can't buy replacement opener, is there a replacement spline? It works with some handles from inside the home but not all. Thanks

Our house is built in 1960 and we have four awning windows with the same original hardware. Two of them have the same issue. The crank no longer works. I've been told it is an inner hardware issue. Not just the threading on the handle I can't even see how to get the hardware off the window without r ... (cont.)

Greetings! I have 4 old Andersen crank out windows and several have corroded at the upper left and right corners where the window slides along the track, to the point where the top of the window drops out of the casement (see 4th photo) Also, installing four new rods for the control arms to slide o ... Hello - I thought the 39-389 would fit but it doesn't have the flat bottom on the crank area and it has a different style of crank arm to window slide attachment. Let me know if you have replacement operator that matches my image. Thanks

Looking to refit old andersen awning windows with fold down crank handles. Please see pictures attached

This is a crank assembly from an Anderson casement window in my bathroom. I'd like to be able to replace it. It's very stiff to open and close.

I can't see any identification on this part or window.
