We'd be happy to help but we can't be sure of what you need based on your photo. If you could show us a photo of your operator with the window open so the arms that move the sash are fully visible, we can go from there. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you have an older style Andersen operator. I don't think an exact replacement is available, but we do carry a few newer styles that I think may still work. They come in two different sizes: the 39-389 and 39-390. I'm leaning toward the 39-390 based on your new photo. Also see our 39-286 handle.
Note that these operators are still different from your original and may not be a direct fit. It may require some adaptation to get them to work. Review the specifications and see what you think.
