39-389 Awning Operator Kit, Long Arm

I purchased 39-389. I would like clarification on the installation of the rod to the window. I was curious if you have instructions or a video you can send? The video on the website is not the same style.

I need to replace three awning window cranks from the 1950s that have handles with stripped posts. The windows are single sashes, opening outward and made of wood. Sadly, the posts in the handles are not removable and the cranks are also stripped inside because they barely operate using an allen wre ... (cont.)

When I bought my house the original owners told me these were Pella windows original to the house built in 1962. They have held up and do not leak air.
