39-389 Awning Operator Kit, Long Arm

Hi, I spoke to one of your representatives and am sending pictures of the parts for the operator for an awning casement window. The photo is of the sister window to the window that has the broken operator. The arms are 17 inches long with a gear-like end. Thanks.

Looking for a part to replace the opening mechanism in the pics. Please let me know if you need better pics or measurements.

The yellow plastic part rides in a track and the hinge clips the operator arm. Can't find these anywhere on bye internet. Our operators are Andersen as far as I know.

Hi I'm just looking for the rod and shoes, I don't need the whole operator for part 39-389.

This is an anderson awning window and the crank operator is broken. I can still open/close the window when I turn the gear by hand but am unable to get the gear to turn by using the handle. Any idea on replacement parts that may work? Thank you in advance!

Im looking for a standard Thomson awning window operator replacement. There is 3 screws to hold the operator done, 5-3/4" between the 2 outside holes. There are 2 arms about 18". The arms connect to a sliding track on the window

Looking to repair or replace several crank mechanisms which are stripped. Home was built in 1949 and we believe the Andersen windows are original. There are two straight arms which use clips to attach to a track on the window. It looks very similar to parts 39-390 or 39-389.

This operator is from an Andersen window. It looks like it's from the 60s. -- The arms are approx 11 1/4" long -- The track is 27" long -- Fully extended (closed position), the arms measure 25 1/4" long, from the end of one to the end of the other (not counting the shoes) -- The screws that remain ... The house I bought was built in 1960. About 1/2 of the window opneners do not work. Some just missing handles other's if you crank, they just spin. The beveled gears are stripped. Is there an installation guide for these operators? I installed one on a customer's window and it works but I have another to install and would like to verify that I installed it correctly.
