Thanks for wrinting in. This is an old operator, so you probably won't be able to find this same part, but I have a couple ideas that could possibly repair your window.

We have had a few customers in the past that used our 39-389 long arm kit operator kit, but the longer arm seemed to bottom out before the window closed. Thing is, the arms seem to be the same length so we aren't sure exactly why this is happening. One thought could be the back set location of the new operator. My theory is that the newer operator needs to be set back a little further away from the sash. That might help it close better, but I haven't had a chance to personally handle your kind of window.

Alternatively, you could take a look at our 39-390 short arm kit or 39-206 operator. See if one of these could be a better choice.
