Thanks for the quick response as stated house built in the 50's. The unit is approx 4" wide about 2 1/4 deep, no markings other than Anderson's trademark. Appreciate your help.

This looks like an older version of possibly our 39-389 or 39-390 Andersen Awning Operators. Look these over and see if either match what you need. For a new crank handle, see our 39-286.
