Awning window hardware replacement

Looking for a part to replace the opening mechanism in the pics. Please let me know if you need better pics or measurements.

I don't believe your operator is made anymore, but you may be able to use something like our 39-390 or 39-389 as a substitute. Look these two products over and let me know what you think.
