It's tough to tell without seeing the original operator base. Do you know the brand of the window? If it's Andersen, then we may have something. Your old shoe looks like our 36-030, which was used on some older Andersen operators that are no longer made. There is no direct substitute for them but I've heard from a few customers in the past who told us that they got our 39-389 (or 38-390, depending on what size you need) to work. Look these over and let me know what you think.
