Replacement operator

Hi, I spoke to one of your representatives and am sending pictures of the parts for the operator for an awning casement window. The photo is of the sister window to the window that has the broken operator. The arms are 17 inches long with a gear-like end. Thanks.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. You have a very old Andersen brand operator that isn't made anymore, unfortunately. The only thing we have that may work is the modern 39-389, but I cannot be sure if it will be a 1:1 match. Some adaptation may be necessary.
