Awning window operator replacement

This is an anderson awning window and the crank operator is broken. I can still open/close the window when I turn the gear by hand but am unable to get the gear to turn by using the handle. Any idea on replacement parts that may work? Thank you in advance!

Hello! We can definitely help. Your operator could be replaced by either our 39-389 or 39-390, depending on the size. Look them over and let me know what you think.
