Awning Window connection to Arm broke

A quick learner from Ventnor City, NJ says:

Good Afternoon

These windows were installed during our home renovation in 2013-2014.

Awning Window 1 - the plastic connector broke, complete in Awning Window 2

Are there parts available to fix these.

There are no markings on the windows identifying the manufacturer

Hello, Scott. It's tough to make out what you have from these photos, but this looks like it might be an older Andersen brand awning window operator like our 39-389 and 39-390. Now, we don't have this exact guide you show here, but if it what I think it is, then you may be able to use the more modern 36-083.

Look this part over and see what you think. If I'm off base though, or if you just aren't sure, please show me a clearer photo of the guide and the operator itself and I'll see if I can find something closer for you.
