Andersen awning windows, c. 1960?, sill-mounted mechanism

A contractor from Bluffton, OH says:
Needing new mecahanisms for multiple awning windows. Will also need cranks, but not sash-mounted guide rods. One of the two "push bars" is stamped with a "13". Any ID help would be appreciated. Thank you!

This operator isn't made anymore, but you may be able to use either our more modern 39-389 or 39-390 awning operators as a substitute. Look them over and see what you think.
